You need to put in your mind that you are experiencing a difficulty in life in which you need to over come. If you bitter understand yourself you can proceed to start positive thinking. If you think people who look at you, doesn’t like you, “who cares for it” You have nothing to do with them. If you feel alone and afraid to go out, well you need to convince yourself that know one would hurt you if you stay in a crowded place where in you can talk to anybody just to have fun.
The most important in dealing with social issues is a crowd of people who support you. A family who stay with you, the one you can share a problem and couple of friends who willing to help you. Start in socializing in your family member because they are the one who knows you better. Talk to them what ever your difficulty and try to share with them the problem bothering you most. Start socializing your close friend. Go out sometimes with escort so that it would not be difficult to you, sense these is the stage that you try to fix something wrong in your thought.
